President of the Republic, Nana Addo Danquah Akufo-Addo, will be meeting the press today to account for the progress made in his administration since taking office in January 2017.
The press briefing will see only selected journalists from a few media houses in the country is said to get the opportunity to interrogate the president on pertinent developments bordering the country.
But even as the press briefing is about taking place, there are high expectations that the president will be addressing the nation on his progress as leader of the country.
Meanwhile, some direct questions we expect journalists to probe the president with are the dirty fuel scandal and whether or not the monies from this very scandal were used to fund the NPP campaign, the exact relation between Ghana and China in the wake of various doll-outs from the super power to Ghana, the state of national security amidst the wielding of arms by some Ghanaians among others.
