High life and Afro beat singer kofi Kinaata of birth name Martin King Arthur has described leaving high grade family his former management as a transition from Senior High School to the university
“I am done with S.H. S and have to move on to the university,” he said
The ‘susuka’ hit singer further stated that though there were good and bad sides, leaving High grade family was a necessity no matter how good their relationship.
“No matter how good your relationship is with your S.H.S teacher, you just have to move on to the university,” he added
Kinaata also gave credit to his former management for all the awards he got during his stay with them.
“I give credit to high grade family for my awards and any other good thing that happened to me,” he stated
On the Ayekoo show on happy 98.9 fm with Dj Advicer, Kofi Kinaata continued to say that though there were restrictions at some points in time, he felt as part of the family being with is former management.
“Though there were restrictions, I trusted high grade family to know what’s best for me. I always felt part of the family,” he said.
The confession hit singer Kofi Kinaata was signed on to High Grade Family for five years until last week when his contract was due. He however has not had any intentions of renewing the contract hence is ready to move on with any new management that comes his way.
