Ghanaian musician Patapaa in an interviewed has revealed that he has secured a three-bedroom property at his hometown for his unborn child.
“In Accra, you would have to pay two or three-year rent advance, I have been able to build a three-bedroom house in my hometown, swedru. Very soon I will have a child and he/she must have an abode”, Patapaa said.
He went on further to brag about the reason for his soaring popularity in recent times. He noted that his accusation s of bias against the organizers of the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMA) directed attention towards him.
“It helped me a lot, initially I didn’t want to grant any interviews but out of respect, I did,” Patapaa said.
Patapaa explained that the incident gave him a lot of exposure, which was more compared to the level his hit song ‘One Corner’ gave him.
